Kanohi Sehkmet, Mask of Chaos

I drew down an idea I had this morning for a mask to be worn by a big bad dad in an alternate universe arc for Eltanin in the future, it's sort of self explanatory. The wielder can manipulate the six primary elements, but not create, destroy, or mix any of them. Secondary affects include electrocution to living beings upon contact, 6 seconds of madness every 36 minutes, and perhaps more.
