The Mask of Avarax (Kanohi Kihore)

For the longest time I left this villain go undepicted, and so I dredged up an old sketch of a mask based on the prototype mask of creation seen in 2014 and sorta went wild. I'm pretty happy with the light grey color.

The idea behind the backstory is that after a dispute between Avarax and the Brotherhood of Makuta long ago, they stripped him of his original mask along with the title of being part of them. They gave him a powerless one in return to remind him of his punishment, and thus began his inquest to create masks of his own.

"My mask is my birthright. If my own family can take that from me, then I may take the same from you."
